Ian is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Incrypteon.  For the past 20 years+, Ian has worked exclusively as a consultant & interim executive across a diverse swathe of industries and for some of Europe’s most recognizable businesses.  A renowned trouble-shooter Ian has worked in both Public & Private Sector to drive transformation and delivery, removing obstacles, re-engaging with customers, and improving business outcomes.  Ian has seen first-hand how difficult it is to manage and transform an increasingly complex security infrastructure with the ever-growing list of people required to build, update and manage applications and infrastructure.  Ian is passionate about simplifying the transition of companies to a post quantum secure world. 

Ian can often be found cycling 200 miles in a day, just because he can.  Often found saying “let’s take this back to first principles”!
